The Boat Arabian Board of Directors recommends the distribution of cash dividends for 2024

Board of Directors of Buba Arab Cooperative Insurance Company recommended on 04/23/2025 to distribute cash dividends to the company’s shareholders for the fiscal year 2024.
The company said in a statement to Saudi Arabia’s circulation: The total amount distributed is 600 million riyals, while the share share of the distribution is 4 riyals.
The profits are due to the company’s shareholders who are owned by shares at the end of the day of the company’s general assembly and those registered in the company’s records at the Securities Depository Center Company at the end of the second trading day following the date of the association, and the date of the association will be announced on a later date after obtaining the necessary regular approvals.
She noted the determination of the date of the distribution later after the general assembly approval of this recommendation, as the company intends to invite the association after obtaining the necessary regular approvals.
