"Cities" Introducing a project "Juvenile" Residential for free ownership on Al Reem Island

Abu Dhabi, May 22/ WAM/ “Cities”, the Abu Dhabi holding company, announced the launch of the “Mahira” project, a residential community for free ownership on Al -Reem Island. The project consists of two residential towers with a strategic location near the Abu Dhabi Global Market, and includes 475 housing units, with direct access to entertainment and sports spaces and advanced service facilities that include modern health centers, prestigious educational institutions, and retail stores.

Bill Organ, CEO of the “Modon Holding Group”, said that the launch of a Mahira project represents a new step within the vision of the ambitious group to develop modern residential societies that are in line with the highest quality and innovation standards, stressing the importance of the group’s role in building destinations that add sustainable value, and enhance the welfare of the population and their comprehensive living experience.

For his part, Ibrahim Al -Maghrabi, CEO of “Modon Real Estate”, said that a Mahira project is a pivotal step within the company’s strategy to develop sustainable urban communities that enhance the quality of life and meet the aspirations of all groups of population and investors.
