Specim’s general assembly agrees to delegate the Board of Directors to distribute interim profits

The International Desert Petrochemical Company (SBCIM) announced today the results of the 25th General Assembly meeting (the first meeting), which was held yesterday, Wednesday.
The company said in a statement on Saudi Arabia’s circulation: The results of the voting on the association’s agenda included:
1. Viewing the report of the Board of Directors on the fiscal year ending on 12/31/2024 AD and discussing it.
2. Quoting the financial statements for the fiscal year ending and discussing and discussing them.
3. Approval of the audit auditor’s report on the financial year ending on 12/31/2024 AD.
4. Approval of the discipline of the members of the Board of Directors for the fiscal year ending on 12/31/2024 AD.
5. Approving the authorization of the Board of Directors to distribute phased profits in a (quarter/half) annual year for the fiscal year 2025 AD.
