Saif bin Zayed is witnessing the launch of an initiative to develop artificial intelligence skills for employees of the Ministry of Interior

Abu Dhabi, May 22/ WAM/ The team, His Highness Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, witnessed the signing of a memorandum of understanding between the Ministry of Interior and the company “Inception” of the “G42” group, regarding the launch of a pioneering initiative to enhance the capabilities and skills of the Ministry of Interior’s cadres in the areas of artificial intelligence and its various applications, in cooperation with Mohammed bin Zayed University of Artificial Intelligence, in the presence of His Excellency Major General Khalifa Al -Khaili, Undersecretary of the Interior, and His Excellency Ping Xiao, fought the CEO of the G42 Group and a number of officers and officials.
The memorandum was signed by the Ministry of Interior, Brigadier Dr. Rashid Al -Fakhri, Director General of Human Resources at the Ministry, while it was signed by “Inception” His Excellency Andrew Jackson, CEO of the company.
This initiative is the first of its kind, which is designed to develop the skills of artificial intelligence for associates, enable them with practical knowledge and experiences, provide them with the tools and visions necessary to understand the strength of artificial intelligence, harness them in their career roles, and develop the police work system.
The program, based on units, will be presented through a mixture of comprehensive workshops, interactive seminars and practical sessions, under the guidance and supervision of experts and specialists in the field of artificial intelligence, and through a comprehensive educational framework, so that the participants will be able to gain a basic understanding of the concepts and principles of artificial intelligence.
The program will also enable exploring emerging artificial intelligence techniques and realistic solutions for the government and society, and receiving practical training on the tools and applications of artificial intelligence for daily use, as well as developing critical thinking skills, decision -making about spreading artificial intelligence, and learning how to integrate artificial intelligence with confidence in the course of their work to enhance productivity, efficiency and interaction with the basic principles of artificial intelligence ethics and practices The responsible, by enabling cadres with the knowledge and tools of artificial intelligence.
This initiative strengthens the efforts of the Ministry of Interior in building a more intelligent and response system that is able to achieve a transformative impact.
