"Al Ain deserves" .. a major campaign to enhance urban appearance and quality of life

Al Ain on May 22 / WAM / The municipality of Al Ain City announced the launch of the “Al -Ain Tashel” campaign that extends from today to the end of the year 2025, with the aim of upgrading the urban appearance of the city and enhancing the quality of life in it, within the framework of the vision of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi aimed at achieving sustainability and community well -being.

“We are today that we announce the launch of the” Al -Ain Cover “campaign, under the slogan” Be part of the city … and maintain its cleanliness “, as an integrated community awareness campaign organized by the municipality of Al Ain in cooperation with strategic partners from the government and private sectors in the Al Ain region.

He expressed his aspiration to achieve the targets of the campaign, most notably raising the level of public awareness of the importance of preserving the civilizational appearance of the Al Ain region and reducing aspects of visual distortion in the city significantly and enhancing the feelings of belonging and responsibility among the population and visitors, in a way that contributes to the sustainability and prosperity of the city, through initiatives that will be implemented during the campaign, indicating the importance of communicating the goals of the campaign to all segments of society, It will contribute to enhancing the culture of participation and social responsibility.

Ahmed Al -Kuwaiti, Director of Community Services Department in the municipality of Al Ain City, stressed the endeavor to enhance community participation in maintaining the cleanliness of the region and raising awareness of the importance of reporting distortions and violations that negatively affect the aesthetic of the Al Ain region, in addition to enhancing positive behaviors related to hygiene and interest in the general appearance among all groups of society, which helps to reduce negative behaviors associated with random throwing and visual distortion.

The Kuwaiti added that the municipality will focus during the campaign to shed light on the role of the individual in preserving the beauty and environment of the city, and the participation of the local community in field awareness and interactive activities aimed at enhancing a sense of social responsibility, in addition to employing digital and media tools available to spread awareness messages effectively and widely.

He explained that the campaign will include 8 societal initiatives aimed at involving and educating the local community in its various categories, the most prominent of which is the “My City of My City” initiative that targets school students to enhance and embody the values ​​of social responsibility to preserve the aesthetic and civilizational appearance of the facilities, and the initiative of the “conscious contractor” that aims to enhance environmental awareness and social responsibility in the construction sector, in addition to the initiative of “your duty” It will also contribute to enhancing the municipal role by ensuring that the population is educated about field visits and visits of residential neighborhood councils, while the “Friends of the Stadiums” initiative will contribute to strengthening the awareness of the stadium visitors and their users by encouraging positive and responsible behaviors in order to preserve sports and public facilities.

The municipality of Al Ain City, through this campaign, emphasizes the importance of concerted efforts between different members of society to maintain the cleanliness of the Al Ain region and enhance its attractiveness, reflecting the values ​​of progress and civilization pursued by the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
