Abu Dhabi, May 22 / WAM / ADNOC announced that its program “Enhancing the National Content for the Industry Sector” contributed to providing 17,000 job opportunities for Emirati cadres with its strategic partners in the private sector, which reflects the important contribution and the positive impact that the program has achieved since its launch in 2018.
Engineer Salem Baferg, deputy head of local value added and industrial development in ADNOC, said during the “Manufacturers” exhibition in its largest edition, which is held for the first time in the fourth session of “Made in the Emirates”, that ADNOC focuses on the rehabilitation and ability of Emirati talents in line with the vision of the wise leadership to invest in young national cadres, train them, refine their skills and develop their capabilities.
In statements on the sidelines of “Make in the Emirates”, Baferg said: Today we witnessed a wide turnout from Emirati cadres of competencies, which confirms their passion and their interest in contributing to the energy and industry sectors, and their keenness to explore the job opportunities offered in the exhibition of two factories, praising the positive interaction that we felt from the participants today, and expressed his aspiration to continue supporting the Emirati youth march towards a promising professional future It is in line with the vision of wise leadership in enabling national cadres in various vital fields.
