Graduating the second batch of the program "Financial market pioneers"

Abu Dhabi, May 23/ WAM/ The Securities and Commodities Authority, in cooperation with the Watan Fund and the International Abu Dhabi Academy “Adgma”, celebrated the graduation of the second batch of the “Pioneers of Financial Markets” program, one of the leading national initiatives aimed at preparing and qualifying young Emirati cadres to lead the future of the financial markets sector in the country.
According to a press release issued today, the program witnessed this year 27 young men and women, who underwent ten specialized training courses with a total of 84 training hours, and achieved an exceptional success rate of 100% in all the requirements of the program.

This achievement is evidence of the seriousness and dedication of their affiliates in developing their capabilities, as it reflects the success of the partnership between the organizers in building a new generation of national competencies capable of contributing effectively in developing financial markets and enhancing the position of the UAE as a regional and global financial center.
It is noteworthy that the “Financial Markets Pioneers” program has succeeded since its inception in the graduation of 58 young men and women from the distinguished national competencies within the first and second batches, to continue its pioneering role in empowering the Emirati youth and qualifying them for leadership in the financial markets sector.
His Excellency Walid Saeed Al -Awadi, CEO of the Securities and Commodities Authority, said that today we are celebrating the graduation of a new constellation of the ambitious youth of the country, who have proven through their commitment and superiority that investing in people is the basis of sustainable development.
He added that the “Financial Markets Pioneers” program embodies the vision of the rational leadership in empowering young people, and reflects the fruit of constructive strategic cooperation between the authority, the homeland fund and the Abu Dhabi International Academy.
For his part, His Excellency Yasser Al -Qarqawi, Director General of the Watan Fund, stressed the importance of the program in supporting the march of economic development, noting that this achievement comes as a culmination of distinguished efforts in qualifying young national cadres, pointing out that the Fund’s commitment to partnership with its strategic partners focuses on providing qualitative educational and training opportunities that keep pace with the requirements of modern financial markets.
For his part, His Excellency Hamad Sayyah Al Mazrouei, Chairman of the Abu Dhabi International Academy, stressed that investing in national cadres is the basic pillar for achieving comprehensive and sustainable development, and since the start of the program, the academy has been keen to provide a stimulating educational environment that combines academic knowledge and practical application, noting that graduates of this program will become inspiring models in the future of the country’s financial markets sector.
