Dubai, May 23 / WAM / Emirati innovations topped the scene strongly within the activities of “GITEX Europe and the world of artificial intelligence”, the largest technical and investment event that Europe is witnessing for the first time, amid a heavy public presence at the “Messi Berlin” center, while new data issued by the “Statista” site specializing in global statistics showed that the information technology services market in the UAE is on a way to achieve record growth, To reach $ 3.76 billion in 2025.
This is reflected in the Emirati participation at the GITEX Berlin Exhibition, which included 65 Emirati entities, in the largest representative delegation of the state in entrepreneurship and digital investment witnessed by a European technical event to this day, amid global participation that includes more than 1,400 exhibitors, 600 major international investors, and more than 500 speakers from more than 100 countries, in an event that is one of the most prominent technical directions that cross the borders The European continent is witnessing so far.
The national wings of the participating countries extended from India to Italy, and from Morocco to South Korea, along with the participation of 35 European countries.
The UAE’s participation has also emerged to embody how the country became a global reference in the development of technology across various sectors, including governance and public services.
The Ministry of Economy’s pavilion presented a set of promising national technological projects, which focus on providing innovative solutions to global challenges.
Among these projects, “Zeroui”, specialized in comprehensive carbon management and accelerating the achievement of climate neutrality goals, “Hikma Labz” that combine artificial intelligence with advanced research to create a transformation in various sectors, and “Enginho Data”, which uses augmented reality and low -energy bluetooth techniques to provide internal navigation solutions and tracking assets and analyzes, in addition to “Reesbonsv Dig. Erigen “, developed for the world’s first irrigation system that responds to the needs of the plant, and allows the regulation of the amount of water it receives.
His Excellency Alia Al Mazrouei, Minister of State for Entrepreneurship, delivered a welcome speech in which she said: “Germany has become the second largest commercial partner for the UAE within the European Union, and Berlin, as a global capital of innovation, has a pivotal role in this cooperation, especially as it has the same path, which is characterized by vital, varied, and globally interconnected. The Emirati delegation witnessed the presence of Hazza Al -Mansouri, the first Emirati astronaut to travel to space, and Nora Al -Matroushi, the first Emirati astronaut.

Dubai Police has provided its integrated smart police system, which includes the smart vehicle “Ghaith”, and the “Salama” platform is shown in artificial intelligence, which contributes to simplifying residence services in Dubai through automatic renewal and immediate assistance in issuing visas, enhancing the ease of interaction of customers with government agencies and keeping pace with the aspirations of the future.
