Identity in Dubai and Emirates NBD are cooperating to integrate banking and residences

Dubai, May 26 / WAM / The General Administration of Identity and Foreigners Affairs in Dubai signed a memorandum of understanding with the Emirates NBD, in the context of enhancing cooperation between the governmental and private sectors, and the two parties seeking to digitize procedures and simplify the customer’s journey, and achieve more effective integration between banking and residency services, which contributes to raising the quality of society’s life and enhancing the confidence of customers. The agreement was signed by the General Administration, His Excellency Major General Obaid Muhair bin Sorour, Deputy Director General, while the Emirates NBD, Mr. Marwan Hadi, head of the banking services for individuals and wealth management of the group.

This partnership is a practical step that reflects the institutional vision of Dubai’s residence in enhancing efficiency, consolidating transparency, and supporting innovation in providing services, which are axes closely related to the institutions of the institutional reputation that the administration is working on.
