Abu Dhabi, May 26/ WAM/ Al -Dar Group announced today the sale of all 133 housing units in Waldorf Astoria Residences, the first residential project bearing a trademark on Yas Island, where the project recorded sales of 850 million dirhams.
International buyers and residents in the country accounted for 76% of the total sales, while Emirati buyers represented 24%, and the project witnessed a great turnout by buyers of the nationalities of the United Kingdom and China, which reflects the growing attractiveness of Yas Island at the international level as one of the most leading destinations in the region.
The buyers under the age of 45 constituted 66% of buyers, highlighting the increasing demand between the youth category on luxury housing options inspired by the hospitality world, and like buyers who own a property for the first time in one of the house projects, 68% of sales, which reflects the growing attractiveness of the group’s housing projects.
The project represents the first attendance of the famous “Waldorf Astoria” brand of the “Hilton” group in Abu Dhabi.
The project includes a group of furnished housing units that vary between apartments of various sizes, duplex units, and the units of Benthaus, and it is characterized by its strategic location that overlooks the golf stadium “Yas Linux”.
