"Sharjah Resources" A dialogue session is organized on "Capacity development"
Sharjah, May 27 / WAM / The Human Resources Department in Sharjah organized a session “Development of Capacity Towards Success in Labor”, at the headquarters of the University of Kalba, as part of a series of “visions towards sustainable leadership” sessions launched by the department since last year.
The session was presented by Dr. Saeed Hareb Al -Mansouri, the human resources expert at the General Command of Sharjah Police, in the presence of a number of managers, officials and employees from various parties, institutions and government departments in the Emirate of Sharjah.
The session dealt with a group of the main axes that highlighted the concept of developing personal and professional capabilities, and its importance in achieving success and job excellence, in addition to the impact of self -development on performance and productivity, and the ability of employees to adapt to modern variables and technologies.
During the session, the participants stressed the importance of enhancing professional competence and raising the level of performance in various sectors, and reviewing a number of practical models and experiences that reflect the positive impact of developing capabilities in achieving professional growth, and highlighting the role of training programs in enabling employees to keep pace with renewable requirements in the work environment.
His Excellency Abdullah Ibrahim Al -Zaabi, member of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Sharjah, head of the Human Resources Department, said that the development of capabilities is a basic pillar in building national competencies capable of keeping pace with the rapid transformations in business environments, noting that the department’s keenness to organize sessions in various cities of the emirate with the aim of spreading the culture of continuous development among government agencies.
