“Managing” board of directors recommends that the reserve balance be transferred to the profits

Today, the Board of Directors of Al -Manawtea Shipping Company (Manawda) recommended that the extraordinary general assembly agree to transfer the company’s regular reserve balance, which amounted to (2739375) riyals, as well as in the annual financial lists ending on 12/31/2024 AD to the balance of the remaining profits.
