The Police Command Council discusses a number of policies applied by the Ministry of Interior

Abu Dhabi, May 27 / WAM / The state’s police council in the country discussed during its fourth meeting this year (2025) AD, headed by His Excellency Lieutenant General Dahi Khalfan Tamim, Deputy Police and Public Security in Dubai, Chairman of the Council, a number of important and released issues on his agenda, taking the own decisions regarding them, in the presence of police leaders, senior officers and officials of the Ministry of Interior.
Within its agenda, the Council reviewed the results reached by the committee in charge of the procedures and laws related to crimes and violations committed of various types and the number of perpetrators.
The Council also reviewed the most important services provided by the Ministry of Interior in the country, which amounted to more than (100) services, including traffic services that include licensing mechanisms and drivers, traffic and periodicals, criminal services, matters related to a culture of respect for law, and other services.
The Council reviewed a report on evaluating the security situation in general and its repercussions to support the decision -makers with strategic information, and helps in defining security priorities and coordination between the competent authorities in emergency cases.
The Council discussed a number of policies applied by the Ministry of Interior, including the policy of defense skills for the military in the ministry, and the Council also discussed a number of other topics on its agenda and made the necessary decisions and recommendations in this regard.
