60 entities and financial institutions participate in the exhibition "Enrichment" For employment

Dubai, May 28 / WAM / The Emirates Financial Institute will be organized tomorrow, in cooperation with the Emirates Central Bank, the Emirati cadres competitiveness Council “Enforcement” and the UAE Human Resources Development Council in Dubai, and Al -Futtaim Group, the eighth edition of the “Enrich” exhibition for employment, with the participation of 60 entities and financial institutions from major banks and financial technology companies, insurance, exchange and financing in the region.
The exhibition aims to attract young national competencies and enhance the localization of the financial and banking sector, by providing hundreds of job opportunities and professional training and development programs, within the framework of an enrichment program that seeks to create about 1,900 jobs annually for citizens and citizens.

The event also includes a series of specialized workshops, and a professional guidance suit to support job seekers, and to enable them to acquire the skills necessary for the requirements of the financial labor market.
His Excellency Eng. Sultan bin Saeed Al Mansouri, Chairman of the Emirati Human Resources Development Council in Dubai, said that the ‘Ithrad’ exhibition embodies a practical step towards consolidating the knowledge economy, by enabling national cadres and qualifying them for active participation in the vital sectors, especially the financial and banking sector, which is one of the most important pillars of the national economy.
His Excellency added that investing in the Emirati human capital is one of the main pillars to achieve sustainable progress and growth, in line with the targets of the Dubai Economic Agency and the principles of fifty, and contributes to enhancing the position of the UAE as a leading global center for experiences and talents.
In turn, His Excellency Saif Hamid Al Dhaheri, Assistant Governor for Banking and Support Services, Vice -Chairman of the Emirates Financial Institute, stressed that the “Enrichment” exhibition for employment constitutes a leading strategic platform that embodies the vision of good leadership in building a generation of qualified national competencies capable of leading the future of the financial and banking sector in the UAE, indicating that the exhibition highlights the commitment of the Emirates Central Bank and the Emirates Financial Institute By enhancing the competitiveness of national talents by providing qualitative opportunities for professional training and development, which contributes to the consolidation of the state’s position as an advanced global financial center.
For its part, Raghda Fatimi, Director of Human Resources at Al -Futtaim Real Estate and Head of the Emiratisation Department, confirmed that Al -Futtaim Real Estate as a company established in the UAE more than 90 years ago, its commitment to support the progress and prosperity process in the country is an essential part of its identity, and the company believes that investing in Emirati competencies is not just a responsibility, but rather a strategic necessity to build a sustainable and qualified work force For the future.

The exhibition targets the national cadres with high school certificates or a bachelor’s degree in the competencies of banks, insurance, finance, information technology and other related fields.
