Al Ain City Municipality reviews its projects"The UAE Agricultural Exhibition and Exhibition"
Al Ain, May 29/ WAM/ Al Ain Municipality, during its participation in the “UAE Agricultural Conference and Exhibition 2025”, is reviewing at the Emnik Center in Al Ain, and continues until May 31, a group of the most prominent projects and successful agricultural practices that are pioneering models in supporting sustainable agriculture.
This participation comes within the framework of the municipality’s commitment to enhancing environmental sustainability and agricultural innovation, in line with the UAE’s vision in achieving sustainable food security.
Among the most prominent Shammari that the municipality is reviewing the local educational plant garden, which is the largest gathering of local, aromatic, and nutritional plants, which aims to enhance knowledge of local plants and encourage their use in urban coordination, in order to preserve and sustain natural resources.
The municipal participation also includes a review of the fogged spray walkway project that contributes to reducing temperatures in some livestock and urban areas using environmentally friendly techniques, which enhances the quality of life and encourages the use of external spaces that contributed to covering the needs of all age groups.
The municipal platform also includes a project to integrate fish breeding with irrigation systems as a project that combines fish farming with water agriculture, which achieves high efficiency in the use of water and enhances integrated food production and the sub -surface irrigation project by creating a smart irrigation method that reduces water losses, improves water efficiency in agricultural areas and public parks, in addition to the energy generation project with plants that aims to explore the possibility of generating generation Electrical energy is a plant reactions in the soil, in a step towards innovative green energy sources.
Al Ain City municipality stressed that its participation in this event comes in the context of its continuous support for the environmental and agricultural initiatives of the state, to enhance the march of agriculture and environmental awareness in the Emirati society.
