“Salman Relief” signs a cooperation agreement with the Somali Blood Bank

The King Salman Center for Relief and Humanitarian Action signed, today, a joint cooperation agreement with the International Association for the Care of Wars and Disaster Victims, to implement the second stage of the operation of the National Blood Bank in the city of Mogadishu in the Federal Republic of Somalia, benefiting 10.155 individuals, and the agreement was signed The teacher in a press statement, that the National Blood Bank will be operated in the capital, Mogadishu, to reduce the death rate and the spread of epidemic and infectious diseases transmitted through the blood by providing inventory of safe blood and preserving it in a safe way for use in transportation and medical treatment, as well as enhancing the early detection of blood and other diseases, which contributes to supporting health care.
He indicated that, according to the agreement, the capabilities of Somali national health cadres will be built and secured supplies and medical and non -medical consumer consumers.
The agreement comes within the framework of the humanitarian and relief efforts offered by the Kingdom through its human arm, King Salman Relief Center; To help those in need and affected around the world.
