The Ministry’s work also includes following up on multiple activities, including (construction work, building restoration, commercial activities, home delivery services, stores selling tobacco products, and excavation work), while dealing with violating sites in accordance with approved regulatory procedures, up to fines or closure when needed, to protect neighborhoods, public facilities, and passers-by.

The Ministry stressed the continuation of field monitoring work through secretariats, municipalities, and specialized teams. And modern monitoring techniques support direct follow-up on sites.

She confirmed that dealing with violations takes place immediately according to the regulations, and that the application of fines and closures is an existing and ongoing measure to protect public safety and maintain an orderly urban landscape.
