"Enrichment" For employment, it attracts 679 job seekers

Dubai, May 30/ WAM/ The activities of the eighth edition of the “Ithraa” employment exhibition in the Emirate of Dubai, which was organized by the Emirates Financial Institute in cooperation with the Emirates Central Bank, the Emirati cadres competitive council “Nafs”, the Emirati Human Resources Development Council – Dubai, and the Al -Futtaim Group.

The exhibition witnessed the participation of more than 60 government agencies and banks working in the state, insurance, exchange and financing companies, as well as a remarkable turnout from young national cadres, as it attracted 679 job seekers, and the job seekers provided direct opportunities for employment, as well as participation in specialized workshops in building skills, in addition to the wing designated for professional guidance, which witnessed a great interaction of male and female citizens.

The exhibition comes in its eighth edition within the “Enriching” initiative aimed at supporting the resettlement of the financial, banking and insurance sector by providing more than 10 thousand jobs, by 2027, enhancing employment opportunities for citizens, and involving them in enhancing the paths of drawing future in these vital sectors of the economy, and enhancing the position of youth and investing in their practical energies, as they are the main element in sustainable development.

His Excellency Abdullah Ali bin Zayed Al Falasi, Director General of the Human Resources Department of the Dubai Government, Vice -Chairman of the UAE Human Resources Development Council in Dubai, said that an exhibition enriching the employment is a leading strategic platform to review the council’s efforts in developing the vocational empowerment system for national cadres, and enhancing its awareness of the qualitative opportunities available in the financial sector, stressing that these activities contribute to the production of accurate data about the market directions and needs, in order to support planning tools, It enhances the effectiveness of policies associated with Emiratization.

He added that the organizational success witnessed by this version of the exhibition reflects an advanced model of fruitful coordination between partners, and opening new horizons for expanding qualitative initiatives, in line with the targets of Dubai Economic Agenda (D33) and the vision of the emirate in promoting future readiness of national cadres.

For his part, His Excellency Saif Hamid Al Dhaheri, Assistant Governor of Banking Operations and Support Services in the Emirates Central Bank, Vice -Chairman of the Emirates Financial Institute, stressed that the “Enrichment” exhibition reflects the commitment of the firm central bank to qualify and empower national cadres in the financial sector, by providing strategic platforms that contribute to accelerating the pace of Emiratisation and developing human capital.

He pointed out that the successive successes achieved by the exhibition embodies the effectiveness of the partnership between the government and private sectors in supporting the economic development goals, praising the pivotal role of the “Nafs” program in opening broad professional prospects for male and female citizens, and enabling them to take leadership roles in various fields of financial work.
