Early preparations to provide distinguished services to the guests of Rahman

The Pilgrims Affairs Office revealed the readiness and early readiness to provide the best services and care for the pilgrims of the state in the Holy Land and meet all their needs, and take care of their affairs with responsibility, dedication and sincerity, in order to achieve the aspirations of the rational leadership and translate the strategy of the government of the United Arab Emirates in excellence and quality and follow the best standards in providing services.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has confirmed that it has ended all arrangements related to following up the affairs of Emirati pilgrims, especially senior citizens during the Hajj season, starting with preparations before traveling, through the performance of the rituals, and even to return to the homeland, including updating the travel instructions page according to each destination through its website and its smart application, to provide accurate and updated information that includes the requirements that should be adhered to, calling on the Emirati pilgrims to register themselves or their families in the service of “my presence” Through the website, smart application or WhatsApp, and to keep the emergency number allocated to citizens: 0097180024, to provide immediate support when needed, and the ministry also recommended the need to carry a copy of the official identification documents, to facilitate the procedures for issuing a “return document” in the event of a loss, damage or loss of the passport, within 30 minutes.
The Ministry of Health and Community Protection also launched a unified awareness campaign for the Hajj season 2025 under the slogan “Health and Safe Hajj”, in cooperation with the health authorities in the state, and the campaign aimed to highlight the necessary health guidelines that pilgrims must follow before traveling and during it, and after returning, ensuring the provision of the utmost comfort for the state pilgrims, and contributes to enhancing their feeling of happiness and health safety.
The awareness awareness campaign includes the provision of multiple services that include providing a viable educational guide for the Ministry’s website in several languages and responding to pilgrims’ health inquiries, continuous communication with accompanying medical teams, to provide them with medicines and medical consultations, and provide psychological and guidance support, in a way that enhances the quality of care provided and provides a healthy and safe environment for pilgrims.
The campaign also sheds light on the importance of obtaining basic vaccines before traveling, such as meningitis vaccines, seasonal influenza, and pulmonary decks, in addition to spreading awareness about the importance of following preventive guidelines throughout the Hajj period, including avoiding injuries, reducing heat stress, and maintaining a healthy and balanced food pattern, ensuring a safe healthy environment for state pilgrims.
For its part, the General Authority for Islamic Affairs, Endowments and Zakat indicated that it has developed an integrated plan to ensure the performance of the pilgrims ’pilgrims with ease and ease this year, including enhancing the awareness of pilgrims in the rituals of Hajj in an innovative way, and strengthening institutional partnerships that contribute to providing proactive and integrated services for the state pilgrims to perform the Hajj pilgrimage with reassurance, and highlighting the civilizational image of the UAE in organizing Hajj affairs.
