The head of the state and his deputies congratulate the President of Samoa on the anniversary of his country’s independence

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State, may God protect him, sent a congratulatory telegram to His Highness Tyumalfano Valeto Swalifi II, President of the Independent State of Samoa, on the occasion of the anniversary of his country’s independence.

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President of the State, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, may God preserve him, and His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President of the State, Deputy Prime Minister and President of the Presidential Court, also sent two similar congratulations to His Highness Tymnalvano Valeto Swalifi II.
