A comprehensive plan in schools in preparation for the end of the year tests

The Ministry of Education directed schools to implement a comprehensive and integrated plan, in preparation for the end of the end-of-semester tests of the academic year 2024-2025 in government schools, confirming its commitment to applying the highest standards of accuracy, organization and academic and technical discipline, in a way that guarantees a model conclusion for the academic year.
The plan, which was seen by «Emirates Today», came as part of a detailed guide distributed by the departments to students and parents, before the start of the blessed Eid Al -Adha holiday, as the guide includes a careful timetable, and organizational and technical procedures distributed on various educational and administrative cadres, in preparation for the launch of the final exams from 10 to 19 June.
The guide included five main stages that begin to equip the classroom environment and examination centers, and to download question papers from central platforms, through checking the integrity of technical systems and data accuracy, and training teachers to monitor and electronic correction, leading to preparing comprehensive emergency plans, to deal with any exceptional breakdowns or circumstances.
According to the plan, the final tests of students from the fifth to 12 paper and electronically will be conducted through uniform and approved platforms, with the application of an automated central correction system that guarantees transparency and limits human errors, while students of the first to the first to the fourth are subject to internal school evaluations that are implemented according to the approved performance standards, and under the supervision of school evaluation teams.
The plan defined the roles and responsibilities accurately, as specialized work teams were formed that included technical support, data management, examination coordinators, committee supervisors, security and safety officials, in addition to the printing and audit teams for exceptional cases that require alternative papers.
Through the guide, the ministry stressed the necessity of providing a stimulating and psychologically and physically stimulating test for students, by ensuring the quality of air conditioning and lighting, distributing seats in a way that preserves privacy, in addition to providing psychological support, especially for anxious and concerned students, and the application of health and safety protocols issued by the competent authorities.
The evidence stressed the importance of partnership with parents through continuous communication, informing them of instructions and appointments, and providing the necessary guidance, to ensure effective psychological and academic support for students during the test period.
The Ministry affirmed – through this comprehensive plan – its keenness to enhance the principle of justice and equal opportunities between students, and to support the sustainability of digital transformation in the educational process, reflecting the readiness of the educational field, and ensuring a distinctive and integrated conclusion for the academic year.
Group B tests
In addition, governmental and private schools announced the schedule of the group of the group “B” for the third semester of the academic year 2024-2025, and scheduled from the second to the fourth of June this year, according to what was stated in the academic evaluation of the current academic year, and according to the approved time programming for the third semester that is the last stations of the current academic year.
The table, which the Emirates Today, included its details, included the materials of the group “B”, which includes the business administration, creative design, innovation, and the third language, computing, arts, and physical and health education, which is a complement to the curriculum, and contributes to refining students’ skills. The tests are scheduled to be held during the school day from 1:00 pm until 2:00 pm in most schools.
School departments stressed the importance of students ’commitment to attend at the appointed date, noting that the group of group“ B ”materials is a final test that is not repeated, and students are not given another opportunity in the event of absence. The departments called for avoiding absence and keenness to adhere to the attendance, given the importance of these materials within the educational system.
