Within the targets of the vision .. Scout girls embed their presence in the service of pilgrims

The Vice President of the Saudi Arabian Scout Association and the General Supervisor of Public Service Camps, Dr. Abdul Rahman bin Ibrahim Al -Mudaris, confirmed that the association is witnessing a qualitative shift in enabling girls within the scout sector, stressing that what was achieved in this aspect represents a strategic shift that keeps pace with the targets of the Kingdom’s vision 2030.

This came during the opening of the Scout Girls camp in Mina’s hair, in the presence of Princess Sama Bint Faisal bin Abdullah, Chairman of the Scout Girls ’Committee, where the Budshas explained that the association started its early preparations for the Hajj 1446 AH season under the slogan“ At the end is the beginning ”, with a focus on quality and innovation within a clear institutional plan, implemented by a neutral committee to monitor achievements and explore development opportunities.

The supporters affirmed the association’s commitment to support the female component, and enable girls to lead programs and initiatives at the local and international levels, considering this a strategic direction that enhances the position of Saudi scouts in various forums.

For her part, Princess Sama Bint Faisal confirmed, in her statement to “SPA”, that the scout girls have proven their high efficiency and their ability to represent the Kingdom in various scouting fields, praising the tangible development in girls’ camps in terms of equipment, planning and implementation.

Princess Sama said: “What we are witnessing today is the fruit of years of teamwork, the vision has become more clear, and the progress is more present,” she thanked everyone who contributed to empowering girls, especially leaders and leaders who worked sincerely behind the scenes.

She pointed out that the next stage will witness more empowerment and qualitative initiatives, led by qualified girls to represent Saudi scouts locally and globally, in order to enhance the Kingdom’s position in international scouting arenas.
