The “Sadr” general assembly agrees to appoint references to the company’s accounts

Sadr Logistics Services Company announced today the results of the regular general assembly meeting, which was held at its first meeting, yesterday, Tuesday. /> 2- Approval of the company’s account references report for the fiscal year ending 31-12-2024 AD after its discussion. /> 5- Approval of the payment of an amount of 650,000 riyals, a reward for the members of the Board of Directors for the fiscal year ending on 31-20-2024 AD. From the fiscal year 2026 AD, its fees amounted to 350,000 riyals.
