Hamdan bin Mohammed Smart University enhances its international presence by discussing the prospects for academic cooperation with educational institutions in Uzbekistan

As part of its endeavors to expand its academic network and enhance the cross -border cognitive exchange, Hamdan Bin Mohammed Smart University made an official visit to the Republic of Uzbekistan, headed by Dr. Mansour Al -Awar, President of the University, during which Shahrkh Haji Akbrovich Dalif, First Deputy Minister of Higher Education, Science and Innovation, and a number of senior officials and representatives of the academic sector in the country met.
The two sides discussed ways to launch strategic cooperation in the areas of smart education, develop joint academic programs at the bachelor’s level and graduate studies, as well as launch joint research initiatives and expand the use of digital education technologies in supporting educational transformation in Uzbekistan.
Dr. Al -Awar presented a comprehensive presentation of the university’s experience extending for more than 23 years in the field of smart education, and its strategy in integrating technology and artificial intelligence within interactive educational environments that meet the aspirations of the future.
The visit also witnessed a series of fruitful meetings with academic leaders from the elite of Uzbek universities, including the Uzbek National University, Tashkent Governmental University of Educational, Tashkent Government University for the economy, as well as high -level meetings with officials of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation, and the Innovative Development Agency.
During the official meeting with Daliev, who is one of the most prominent academic figures and policy makers in Uzbekistan, the importance of exchanging experiences and benefiting from the leading models in the development of education was emphasized, as the Uzbek side praised the experience of Hamdan bin Mohammed Smart University and its leadership in adopting smart education and digital transformation.
They also expressed their interest in applying the best practices approved in the UAE to improve the quality of higher education in their country.
Dr. Mansour Al -Awar stressed that building sustainable knowledge partnerships is one of the strategic pillars of Hamdan bin Mohammed Smart University, noting that cooperation with the academic community in Uzbekistan represents a qualitative step in the university’s march towards expanding its international impact, and devoting the UAE’s position as a beacon for innovation in education.
This visit embodies the university’s commitment to implementing its strategy as an international university, which places leadership in smart education at the top of its priorities, and seeks to build knowledge cooperation systems that enhance the readiness of academic societies for future variables.
