Sharjah .. Signing a contract to develop the infrastructure for the project "Tai Hills" V -198 million dirhams
Sharjah, June 3 / WAM / Kuwait Real Estate Company, in cooperation with “Eva Hotels and Resorts”, signed a contract with one of the leading companies in the UAE to develop the infrastructure work for its housing project “Al -Tai Hills” in the Emirate of Sharjah with a total value of 198 million dirhams.
The contract was signed through the Al -Nakheel Real Estate Village Company, the project’s executive arm, which is affiliated with Kuwait real estate, as the scope of business includes the design and implementation of the basic infrastructure, including the construction of sewage networks, the wastewater treatment plant, two water pumping stations in addition to road networks and rainwater drainage along with electricity, communications and water networks.
Khaled Asphah, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Eva Hotels and Resorts Company, said that this cooperation will make a qualitative shift at the level of developing the infrastructure of the “Al -Tai Hills” project, which enhances its investment attractiveness and its position is established as a modern urban destination, as we see in this partnership an effective step towards achieving our vision in building smart and sustainable residential societies.
The “Al -Tai Hills” project is one of the largest residential projects in Sharjah, as it extends over an area of more than 6 million square feet and includes 1,100 housing units between villas and Town House at a total cost of up to 3.5 billion dirhams and is characterized by its location on Emirates Street, including the longest green river in the region with a length of 2.5 km.
The first stage is scheduled to be delivered in the first quarter of 2028.
It is noteworthy that the total company’s investments in the UAE are estimated at about 20 billion dirhams, as the company has handed over since its entry into state markets more than 5 thousand housing units in the palm tree alone, along with other projects in different regions of the country, and is currently working on new investment projects in the palm tree and will be delivered during the coming period.
