Ajman police are preparing to receive Eid al -Adha with an integrated traffic plan

The General Command of Ajman Police announced its complete readiness to receive the blessed Eid Al -Adha, through a tight traffic plan aimed at promoting road safety and regulating traffic, by intensifying the field presence and publishing patrols around the clock.
The Deputy Director of the Traffic and Patrols Department at Ajman Police, Lt. Col. Rashid Hamid bin Hindi, confirmed that 55 traffic patrols will be distributed in various regions of the emirate, to control the traffic situation and reduce congestion and suffocation, and to address any wrong traffic behaviors, especially driving and recklessness, or driving in a way that exposes road users to danger.
The Deputy Director of Traffic and Patrols Department explained that the plan includes intensifying the traffic presence starting from Thursday, which precedes the Eid holiday, due to the increase in the demand for markets and commercial centers, and continues until the end of the leave, especially in the vicinity of mosques and Eid chapels, entertainment areas and shopping centers, in a way that guarantees the comfort and reassurance of worshipers and visitors.
Lt. Col. Rashid bin Hindi added that Ajman Police attaches great importance to pedestrian safety and road users, especially in areas that are witnessing a density in the walking movement, stressing that the campaign will contribute to reducing run -over accidents resulting from excessive speed or lack of attention by some drivers.
He pointed out that the traffic plan includes the leave period, with the aim of reducing traffic accidents that may disturb the joy of the feast, calling on drivers, especially the youth category, to adhere to the traffic regulations and the specified speeds, and leave safe distances between the vehicles, in order to preserve their safety and the safety of others
