Sharjah Municipality deals with 2,500 reports of rainwater accumulation and falling trees

The Sharjah City Municipality revealed that its call center has received about 2,500 reports since the start of the weather condition taking place in the emirate, including rainwater accumulations, falling trees, and various inquiries, stressing that they were all dealt with quickly, accurately, and efficiently by the specialized field teams.

She explained that the center continues to provide its services on the number 993 around the clock to receive comments and reports from the public, in conjunction with raising the maximum level of readiness, to ensure rapid response and transfer of reports to the teams working in the field.

She pointed out that additional communication channels have been allocated, including a number to receive reports from the Sharjah Police General Command related to water accumulations, and another to communicate with field teams, which contributes to enhancing work efficiency and accelerating the pace of response.
