The preparations in Arafat are complete to receive pilgrims on the day of Arafa

The Saudi Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Call and Guidance has completed its full preparations in the Namra Mosque in Arafat to receive pilgrims on the day of Arafa, and the mosque’s brushes with luxurious carpets on an area of (125) thousand square meters, as part of an integrated plan to provide an environment prepared for worship and reverence.
The mosque witnessed the implementation of qualitative development projects, the most prominent of which is the project to reduce thermal stress for the background, by installing (19) umbrellas that reduce the temperature at a rate of (10) degrees Celsius, as well as painting the floors with a reflective substance for the sun, and the project of creating and softening the surrounding squares by installing and operating (117) fog fan connected to high pressure water pumps and distribution networks, works to reduce temperatures At a rate of (9) degrees Celsius.
The ventilation and air -conditioning project was implemented by updating the control system, and allows monitoring of carbon dioxide levels, operating air conditioning units, and air purification units that allow regeneration of air inside the mosque twice an hour by (100%), as well as controlling water pumps, which contributes to raising the efficiency of operation and providing pure air that gives pilgrims a healthy environment to perform their rituals with ease and reassurance.
Within the care of health services, (70) water cooling units were installed, with a capacity of each one thousand liters per hour, serving approximately (2000) pilgrims per hour, to reach a total of what the refrigerators serve (140) thousand pilgrims per hour. The installation of lighting units (LED), updating electrical panels and rain drainage system, as well as raising the efficiency of operation and maintenance.
The development work was completed by installing an advanced audio system and security surveillance cameras, within an integrated system to enhance security and safety within the mosque, in addition to organizing gates and entrances to ensure the flow of the movement, and the total number of doors is (72) doors, and these tasks took over supervisory and service teams that start their work to provide the finest services to the guests of Rahman.
