"Sharjah businesswomen" He honors the best women’s projects in the competition "Perl Quet"

Sharjah, June 4 / WAM / Sharjah Women’s Business Council honored three distinguished business pioneers at the conclusion of the “Pearl Quet” competition, during a ceremony organized by the Council at the Sharjah Research, Technology and Innovation Complex with the participation of a group of partners from various economic sectors in Sharjah.
The competition presented an exclusive platform for eight women pioneers to review the ideas of their entrepreneurial projects in front of a specialized jury during which the participants competed for financial prizes with a total of 55 thousand dirhams, where Alaa Muhammad Al -Jamal won the first place and a prize of 25 thousand dirhams for the “Bulbul” project, while Mason Al Shamsi and Madar Al -Suwaidi won the second and third places and a prize of 15 thousand dirhams each for their projects “The Potanx” and “Mud House” in honor of their innovations and the quality of their shows.
The honoring ceremony was attended by Sheikha Hind bint Majid Al Qasimi, Chairman of the Sharjah Women’s Business Council, His Excellency Khaled Jassim Al -Midfa, Chairman of the Commercial and Tourist Development Authority in Sharjah, His Excellency Maryam bin Al Sheikh, Director of Sharjah Business Women Council, His Excellency Sarah Abdulaziz Al Nuaimi, CEO of the Sharjah Entrepreneurship Center (Sail), along with a group of prominent personalities, investors and leaders of the various sectors.
His Excellency Maryam bin Al -Sheikh we believe in the council, with the support and care of the wife of His Highness the Ruler of Sharjah, Her Highness Sheikha Jawaher bint Muhammad Al Qasimi that women’s rise is the basis of the prosperity of the economy. Women projects represent tools for change and means to create job opportunities and sources of creativity and from here comes our commitment to enabling business leaders and support the development of their projects, pointing out that the participants in (Pearl Koyst) have provided honorable models On the impact and growth that women can achieve after their participation in the Entrepreneurial Program, which the Council organized in partnership with Sharaa.
The competition provided a qualitative opportunity for business entrepreneurs to present their projects before a specialized jury, benefit from constructive notes and obtain immediate financing to develop their business and expand their scope. The competition also contributed to highlighting the entrepreneurial women’s energies in Sharjah and highlighting the role of women in leading innovative projects with a sustainable economic and social impact.
