King Abdullah Medical City in the Holy Capital recorded a medical achievement by conducting a surgical heart operation using an advanced surgical robot (Da Vinci Surgical System) of a patient with a complex repair of the valve scores with the installation of a ring where he was suffering from severe reflux in the trichered valve, caused the emergence of chronic symptoms that disturbed the daily in a natural way. Which was conducted through four accurate holes, each of which does not exceed 1 cm without the need for a traditional surgical incision in the chest, and it is one of the most prominent advantages of robotic surgery that enables the surgical team to perform accurate interventions with the least possible harm to tissues and contribute to reducing pain, reducing the possibilities of complications, and accelerating the patient’s recovery.
