Zayed Upper for People of Determination expects a memorandum of understanding with the Chinese Federation for the Disabled

Abu Dhabi, June 5/ WAM/ The Zayed Upper Foundation for People of Determination signed a memorandum of understanding with the Chinese Federation for the Disabled, during an official visit by a delegation from the Foundation to the Federation’s headquarters in the Chinese capital, Beijing, as part of the Foundation’s continuous efforts to expand international partnerships, and enhance the exchange of experiences to serve and empower people.
The Memorandum of Understanding was signed at the headquarters of the Chinese Federation of Disabled, His Excellency Abdullah Abdel -Ali Al -Humaidan, Secretary -General of the Zayed Upper Foundation for People of Determination, and Zhou Zhang Koi, President of the Chinese Federation of Disabled, in the presence of a number of senior officials from both parties, and members of the United Arab Emirates mission in Beijing, which reflects the durability of bilateral relations and the appreciation of both sides for the vital role played by the institutions of caring for the owners of determination and support.
The new memorandum of understanding aims to expand the areas of cooperation between the Foundation and the Union, and to exchange experiences and knowledge in the fields of education, rehabilitation, employment, arts, culture, sports and services provided to people of determination, in addition to organizing mutual visits to specialists and experts, to exchange best practices, and implement joint workshops and training courses for workers in the field of supporting people of determination, and cooperation in developing research Innovations associated with the services of these groups and their ways of empowering them, exchange of periodic reports on joint activities, and promoting performance through a continuous evaluation, which is beneficial to developing the services provided to people of determination in the United Arab Emirates and the People’s Republic of China.
His Excellency Abdullah Al -Humaidan said: “Renewing the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding reflects our deep belief in the importance of joint work and exchanging knowledge in the field of supporting and empowering people of determination, our relationship with the Chinese Federation for the Disabled is a strategic relationship. Deaf from both sides of communication, interaction and enhancing cultural and linguistic understanding. ”
His Excellency affirmed that the Zayed Upper Foundation looks forward, through the Memorandum of Understanding, to open new horizons for cooperation that keeps pace with the aspirations of our rational leadership, and enhances the quality of the life of the various groups of people of determination, indicating that international cooperation and the exchange of successful experiences are a basic pillar of the development of services provided to people of determination, especially in light of the rapid changes in the techniques Rehabilitation, employment and community empowerment.

He explained that the memorandum opens the way for new joint initiatives based on innovation and mutual knowledge, which promotes the sustainability of our programs, and is due to the direct benefit to the owners of determination in the two countries.
