She pointed out that the UAE was a pioneer in the foresight of the technological future through qualitative initiatives, most notably the appointment of the first minister of state for artificial intelligence, and the launch of the UAE strategy for artificial intelligence 2031, which aims to enhance government performance and achieve economic superiority using artificial intelligence technologies, in addition to establishing the Mohammed bin Zayed University of Artificial Intelligence.

She concluded her speech by emphasizing the importance of enacting flexible and ethical legislation that keeps pace with accelerating developments, and supports the innovation environment, while ensuring the protection of individual and community rights, the need to enhance international parliamentary cooperation to exchange experiences, and develop uniform standards that ensure safe and comprehensive digital transformation.
