Ammar bin Hamid issues an American decision regarding the fees for services and violations of the Lands and Real Estate Regulations in Ajman

His Highness Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al -Nuaimi, Crown Prince of Ajman, Chairman of the Executive Council, issued Emiri Decision No. (9) of 2025, regarding the fees for services, violations and fines applied to the Department of Lands and Real Estate Organization in the emirate, in the context of keenness to develop the legislative environment for the real estate sector, and enhance its efficiency in a way that accompanies the economic and organizational growth of the emirate.

The decision comes within a series of initiatives launched by the Ajman government in recent years to regulate the real estate market, and is based on a number of local legislation.

According to the decision, the Department of Land and Real Estate Organization meets the specified fees, control and prove the violations, and collect the specific fine, with no violation of any more severe punishment stipulated in any other legislation, and any text or ruling mentioned in any other legislation is canceled to the extent in which it contradicts the provisions of this decision.

The decision will be implemented after (60) days from the date of its issuance, and it is published in the Official Gazette.
