Kizad Group launches a project "Kizad Business District"

Abu Dhabi, June 11/ WAM/ The Khalifa Economic areas Abu Dhabi – Kizad Group, one of the largest operators of integrated and specialized economic areas in the region announced the launch of the project to establish the “Kizad Business Zone”, the new destination for business in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.

The project is characterized by a strategic location at the main entrance to the main “I 11” street between the capital Abu Dhabi and the northern Emirates, and it is part of the comprehensive plan for the development of “Kizad Al -Maamoura”, which extends over an area of 410 square kilometers.

The project will be developed in stages that cover an area of 3 square kilometers, with the start of the recent infrastructure works, while the first stage includes the establishment of a modern offices tower with an area of 21 thousand square meters, in addition to sports facilities, and retail units for restaurants near the collection headquarters of the group “Kizad One”.

The “Kizad Business District” is an ideal location on the main “I 11” street between Abu Dhabi and Dubai, which provides direct linking with the most important logistical, industrial and service centers, through a network of vital roads.

The “Kizad Business District” is designed as an integrated and multi -activities business center, which combines academic, commercial and industrial sectors, within a dynamic and interactive social environment.

The region also benefits from its proximity to strategic projects, including the media area “To For 54” that extends over an area of 70 thousand square meters, and the “Abu Dhabi Food Center” extending over an area of 3.3 square kilometers, and the “International Car Center”, which is being developed on a similar area, within the investment partnerships between the Kizad Group and the private sector.

He added that besides the firm commitment to providing integrated solutions to customers to accelerate their business growth, the Kizad Business Project will constitute a new platform that will contribute to attracting investments and stimulating the commercial movement in Kizad Al -Maamoura, expressing the aspiration to attract more innovative commercial activities that will contribute to pushing our national economy towards the future.

The “Kizad Business District” is characterized by a unique location at the intersection of the main transport networks, as it is only 15 minutes from the port of Khalifa, and 25 minutes from Zayed International Airport, and it is linked to the rest of the UAE through the UAE high -speed network and two fast ways.

The region is also distinguished by its strategic location connected to Jebel Ali Port, and Al Maktoum International Airport, “Dubai World Central” in the Emirate of Dubai, with less than 30 minutes.

With the completion of the project development stages, the “Kizad Region of Business” will provide an ideal environment to embrace regional headquarters, research and innovation centers, and training facilities, and it will also be an ideal destination for service providers and educational institutions.
