Hadadad in Austria, the killing of 10 people in an attack targeting a school

Yesterday, the Austrians stood a minute of silence, in mourning for the killing of 10 people in an attack on a school in Graz, which ended with the striker fired at himself, and the motive behind the attack was not yet known.

Austria had declared mourning for three days, following the bloody attacks in the country’s history after World War II.

Hundreds in the main field in Graz, the second largest city in Austria, lined up, and some placed candles and flowers in front of the school headquarters.

In the capital, Vienna, the Transport Authority arrested tram, tunnels and buses for a minute.

The Austrian police said yesterday that the investigators found a farewell speech and an unused tube bomb, when they searched the house of the man who shot his former school in Austria.

The Director of Public Security at the Austrian Ministry of Interior, Franz Rove, told ORF television, that “a farewell speech was found in an analog and cramped manner,” adding: “His parents were bid farewell to the speech, but the motivation cannot be deduced from the farewell speech, and this is a matter that requires more investigations.”
