Furjan Dubai distributes 300 Eid gifts to children in residential neighborhoods to celebrate Eid Al Fitr

The Furjan Dubai Foundation organized an initiative to distribute “Eidiya” to children, in celebration of Eid Al-Fitr, in Al Barsha and Nad Al Hamar, where 300 Eid envelopes were distributed to children, in an atmosphere full of joy and joy, as part of its keenness to revive popular heritage and promote authentic societal values.
The initiative aims to bring happiness to the hearts of children and share with them the joy of Eid, in addition to enhancing the spirit of cohesion among community members within residential neighborhoods, as the distribution sites witnessed a remarkable presence of families and children, who interacted with this community gesture that reflects the spirit of Eid and its human meanings.
This initiative comes within a series of community activities and events organized by Furjan Dubai throughout the year, with the aim of enhancing the quality of life in residential neighbourhoods, and consolidating the concepts of social cohesion among residents, especially on religious and national occasions, which represent an opportunity to strengthen human relations and revive the customs and traditions associated with them.

Director of Furjan Dubai, Alia Al Shamlan, confirmed that the Eidiya is one of the most prominent aspects of the celebration of Eid al-Fitr, because of its profound social and humanitarian connotations, noting that it represents an inherited tradition that enhances the coming together of extended family members, neighbors, and friends. She added that the Eidiya is associated in the minds of many with childhood memories and the days of Eid filled with joy and joy, as the children await it with great eagerness since the early morning on the first day of Eid.
She added that Furjan Dubai is keen to revive the popular heritage and authentic traditions of Emirati society, through initiatives that contribute to consolidating these values ​​among new generations, stressing that the distribution of “Eidiya” comes with the aim of bringing joy to the hearts of children, adding an atmosphere of joy to the days of Eid, and leaving beautiful and unforgettable memories for them.
She explained that the Foundation was keen to present the Eid with distinctive distributions and special packaging for the occasion, which included innovative envelopes bearing the flag of the UAE.
