Inviting private sector companies to achieve the semi -annual localization targets before the end of June

Dubai, June 12 / WAM / The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation renewed its invitation to private sector companies that work with 50 workers or more, to accelerate the achievement of the settlement targets for the first half of this year 2025, before the end of this month, in order to avoid the financial contributions that will be applied next July to companies that are not fulfilled for the required targets, which are to achieve a growth rate of 1% in the number of citizens in the skill jobs of The total skilled employment of the company while maintaining previous localization rates.
The Ministry called on citizens to report any negative abuses and cases that contradict the resettlement policies in the country, by communicating with the call center on the number 600590000 or through the smart application and the Ministry’s website.

The Ministry expressed its confidence in the awareness of the private sector companies, and the citizens looking for work with strategic and national benefits and the reflection of positive settlement mechanisms for the competitiveness of the work environment in the country and the enhancement of economic growth.
The Ministry affirmed its continuous support to the committed companies, through the benefits offered by the Nafs program, and the continued provision of benefits and benefits to companies that achieve exceptional results in Emiratisation, by including them in the membership of the Emiratisation Partners Club, and thus their benefit from financial discounts of up to 80% on the fees of the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation services, and give them priority in the government purchasing system, which enhances the opportunities for growth of its business.
She pointed to the great support achieved by the Electronic Electronic Program platform, in facilitating the achievement of companies for their obligations, as it is abundant with qualified Emirati cadres, praising the interaction of the private sector with resettlement policies and its commitment to achieving the required targets, which reflected positively on this national file and recording unprecedented historical results in the numbers of citizens working in this sector, which has reached more than 141 thousand citizens working for 28 thousand companies in the private sector at the end of May the past.
