King Charles has followed a organic diet for 40 years

On his first official visit to Lancashire after his inauguration as king, King Charles shared some information about his food preferences.
During his visit to the “Lancaster” castle, where the residents, schoolchildren and local business owners met, he revealed his favorite light meal, which surprised the attendees.
Many people know that the king loves the eggs, according to the book of a specialist in royal affairs, Jeremy Bakmman, “For the royal family” issued in 2006, where he stated that the king climbs seven eggs a day, and he prefers to miss lunch to have a heavy dinner, and is known to eat half of the Avocado every day.
He once told the BBC that he is now avoiding eating fish and meat for two days a week, and it follows a completely vegetable diet for at least one day a week.
And now we can add new information. On his recent visit to the northern region, he told the cheese maker, Jelian Hill, from the company “Bater Pharm House Cheese”, that he loves to eat sheep cheese stuffed with “Digstiv biscuit”.
Hill was so happy that she promised King Charles to send him a gift bag full of samples.
Before organic food and sustainable agriculture became popular slogans, King Charles was one of the pioneers of these practices, he followed a organic diet mostly for more than 40 years, and launched his own organic group “Duchi Orinealz” in 1990, and spoke at least about environmental issues and the importance of preserving biological diversity in nature.
King Charles loves a cup of suitable tea, and the preferred type is “Dargeling Tea”.
According to the “Sunday Times” newspaper, it is preferable to prepare a drink of loose tea leaves in a jug, with a teaspoon of leaves for each cup of tea, in addition to a teaspoon of jug. When serving, it is preferable to add a little milk and honey.
The king takes with him a refrigerated bags filled with home dishes, and the former royal chef, Caroline Rob, told the Daily Mail: “He loved to carry his own food.”
For his part, Graham Newold, another royal chef, said that the king was traveling with a breakfast basket even when he was staying in one of the royal palaces.
He added, “He was eating homemade bread, fresh fruit, fresh fruit juices, as he eats six different types of honey, some types of dried fruits, and anything special to prefer.”
The king was a guest of the “Control Live” magazine on the occasion of his 70th birthday, and revealed that the “Carmamel Pie” is his favorite dish, as the executive chef of the “Ritz London” hotel, John Williams, shared the recipe.
He added that King Charles loves eating the meat of stripes in other recipes as well, and Williams wrote: “I finally invented a dish of Tahuj chicken, in addition to Musaka with Tihaj (not necessarily beypherds), that is, Grosaka.”
King Charles and Queen Camilla personally chose the “Coronation Pie” to be the main dish of street parties and national events that were held in May 2023, and the pie consists of a fragile and light dough stuffed with a baked custard rich in fresh spinach flavor, green beans, cheddar cheese and titlene. The recipe is still available to see the official website of the king. Queen Camilla revealed that she and King Charles enjoy growing their own products, including broccoli, carrots and zucchini.
She said: “I adore the garden of vegetables, especially in the summer, I am very proud of the white peaches that we plant, my husband is a skilled gardener, and we are strongly competing for our fruits and vegetables.”
The king has owned his own “garden kitchen” since 1985, and describes gardening as “the most treatment”. About “The Times”
