“Abu Dhabi Prosecution” launches a smart service package for “Bureaucracy Discovery”

The Public Prosecution in Abu Dhabi launched an integrated package of new smart services, within the bureaucracy and improving customer experience, which aims to enhance the efficiency of judicial services, simplify procedures, and provide an advanced system that accompanies government trends towards digital transformation.

The new package includes 35 services and process that is completely completed without human intervention, ensuring the speed of completion and accuracy of data, while enabling customers to complete their transactions easily and conveniently through the available digital platforms around the clock.

The developed services include the abbreviation of a number of procedures related to the tasks of the Public Prosecution, in addition to the possibility of issuing a set of legal documents automatically, including: a certificate of non -appeal, a certificate of non -veto, a statement about the duration of a passport reservation, a certificate for those who are interested in the matter, a disclosure of cases, a copy of the ruling, a certificate of arrest or detention, and the payment of fines.

The Attorney General of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, Counselor Ali Muhammad Al -Balushi, stressed that the launch of the smart solutions package comes in line with the directives of His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President of the State, Deputy Prime Minister, Head of the Presidential Bureau, Head of the Judicial Department in Abu Dhabi, that it is necessary to move to an advanced judicial system based on innovation and modern technologies.

He explained that these services are available through the electronic portal of the Judicial Department and the application of smartphones, without the need for any paper transactions, as handicrafts and traditional seals have been dispensed, and they were replaced by digital and approved digital documents, which enhances performance efficiency and quality of operational operations.

Counselor Ali Al -Balushi added that this step constitutes a significant progress in developing judicial services, as it saves time and effort to customers, and supports the principle of completed justice through advanced digital solutions, reflecting the commitment of the Public Prosecution to contribute to achieving the sustainable development goals in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and consolidating institutional innovation.

He pointed out that the Public Prosecution in Abu Dhabi is continuing its efforts to expand the scope of digital initiatives by developing innovative services that keep pace with the accelerated variables in the judicial and legal sectors, and meet the needs of customers efficiently and flexible, in order to support the dedication of Abu Dhabi as a pioneering center for justice at the region level.
