Dubai Roads Raid Vehicle Licensing Services by 74% from 54 to 14 services only

Dubai, June 16 / WAM / The Dubai Roads and Transport Authority announced the reducing and integrating licensing services for vehicles, from 54 services to only 14 services, and with an achievement rate of 74%, in the context of continuous efforts to provide an easy and secure integrated digital services experience that enhances the happiness of customers, and is in line with the directions of the rational leadership in providing government services that keep pace with the aspirations of customers and enhance the quality of life in the emirate.

“This step is part of the” comprehensive services 360 “plan, which represents a new and integrated vision designed with an integrated methodology to focus on the main fields and contribute efficiently to achieving Dubai’s strategic goals towards providing smooth, proactive and customized services, meets the aspirations and keeps pace with the increasing needs, and integrates with the launch of many services on the application of Dubai joint (Now Dubai), which contributes to raising operational efficiency and integrating with other government platforms.

The authority affirmed its endeavor to achieve its vision and mission to make Dubai the best smart city in road and transportation systems in the world, and to achieve global leadership in easy, sustainable and innovative movement and enhance Dubai’s position in the advancement of providing distinguished government services to become the smartest city in the world.

Mahboub added: “The initiative constitutes a positive step that helped re -engineer the services provided to the customers as it helps to facilitate their journey during the application of it through brief and easy ways, and to reduce the number of steps and visits required to accomplish them, in addition to accelerating the process of conducting them, and in accordance with the authority and the authority to raise the level of its services provided to the customers, individuals and institutions, according to the highest International standards, based on the principle of developing and improving the network of smart solutions by providing advanced services, simplifying procedures, raising operational efficiency and sustainability in providing services.

“The initiative is based on the employment of advanced technologies and the integration of data with local and federal bodies to develop vehicle licensing services and reduce steps and requirements as well, so that the use of electronic signature was used through the” UAE Pass “, and enabling customers to access all the services of the authority through a unified application that includes vehicle owners, drivers, and public transport users.”

Among the most important vehicle licensing services, which were merged to provide better services, the service of “requesting a vehicle license certificate”, where the number of services that the certificate is previously obtained was made, 13 separate certificates, to be combined into one procedure, and some services were modified and 6 services belonging to export and travel were combined to become only one service provided under the name of “canceling a vehicle registration service”.
