المملكة: The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah: Stopping 7 Umrah companies and losing their bank guarantees for palaces in transportation services provided to pilgrims

The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has monitored violations of 7 Umrah companies, which were represented in the palaces of providing transportation services to pilgrims according to what is agreed upon in the approved programs, within the framework of the continuous efforts made by the Ministry to improve the quality of services provided to pilgrims and visitors to the Prophet’s Mosque, and to follow up the implementation of contractual programs concluded with Umrah companies and institutions, within the targets of the Kingdom’s 2030 vision that is aimed at improving the experience of the guests of Rahman in all stages Their trip to the Kingdom. In this regard, the ministry began taking regular measures against the violating companies, and stopped the activity of those companies and the liquefaction of their bank guarantees in favor of covering the costs of providing alternative transport services to the affected pilgrims, ensuring the continued provision of the service according to the approved levels. She confirmed her keenness to ensure that the guests of Rahman obtain their full rights, provide services to them according to the highest standards of quality and professionalism, and not tolerate any default or breach of contractual obligations towards pilgrims. The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah called on all Umrah companies and institutions to the need to fully adhere to the approved controls and instructions, and to provide services according to the specified time programs, in a way that contributes to enhancing the quality of services and achieving the satisfaction and comfort of pilgrims and visitors during their stay in the Kingdom.
