King Fahd Hospital supports students healthy and psychologically with study tests

The campaign also worked to deliver its awareness messages through simplified lectures and direct dialogues with students and parents, where the most common behaviors were discussed in the exam period, such as long staying up, excessive dependence on stimuli, and continuous mental stress, while providing healthy alternatives that include division of study time, taking short rest periods, and eating snacks that enhance brain activity.
In a statement, the director of the Department of Community Participation, Communication, Change and Health Awareness at King Fahd Hospital explained
Abdullah Al -Qushairi said that this initiative comes within a broader plan aimed at supporting mental health in society, pointing out that “creating a student psychologically and physically is an essential part of his academic success, and is no less important than educational achievement itself.” He added that the campaign, which started weeks before the tests, aims to help students and parents to realize the effect of their daily behaviors on their focus and calmness, and to encourage them to adopt a healthy lifestyle even outside the tests of the tests
The campaign witnessed a wide interaction of schools, students and parents, amid calls for continuously such initiatives that enhance the integration of the health sector and educational institutions in a way that serves the student’s interest in the first place.
