Collaborate "swap" and"Abu Dhabi Projects and Infrastructure"
Abu Dhabi, June 17/ WAM/ Mubadala Investment Company “Mubadala” announced today the signing of a multi -field strategic partnership agreement with the Abu Dhabi Projects and Infrastructure Center, with the aim of enhancing joint cooperation in developing infrastructure projects that support the vision of the development emirate.
The agreement includes an integrated feasibility studies to evaluate proposed projects, exchange technical and strategic experiences, in addition to designing innovative financing models that facilitate the implementation of initiatives with high efficiency.
The agreement was signed in the presence of His Excellency Eng. Maysara Mahmoud Eid, Director General of the Abu Dhabi Center for Projects and Infrastructure, and Khalifa Al -Rumaithi, Executive Director of the Real Estate Unit in the Emirates in the investment sector in the Emirates in Mubadala Investment Company, on the sidelines of the activities of the first day of the Abu Dhabi Infrastructure Summit 2025.
His Excellency Eng. Maysara Mahmoud Eid said that the partnership is a pivotal step to enhance the sustainable infrastructure in the emirate, stressing their commitment through this cooperation to launch qualitative projects that contribute to comprehensive economic growth, and to meet the future needs of Abu Dhabi with global standards.
For his part, Khalifa Al -Rumaithi stressed that the partnership with the Abu Dhabi Center for Projects and Infrastructure reflects the mutual commitment to launching modern and advanced infrastructure projects that focus on the future, and translates a common vision to advance the wheel of development in Abu Dhabi, explaining that the partnership represents a strategic step towards supporting the emirate’s ambitions to become one of the most prominent international cities, not only in terms of quality of living, but also at the level of Economic flexibility and sustainability of growth.
It is expected that the partnership between Mubadala and the Abu Dhabi Center for Projects and Infrastructure will contribute to accelerating the pace of vital projects, enhancing integration between various sectors, and establishing flexible frameworks that support the adoption of international best practices in planning and implementation, which establishes Abu Dhabi’s position as a vital and attractive investment destination.
The Abu Dhabi Infrastructure Summit (ADIS), which is organized by the Abu Dhabi Projects and Infrastructure Center (ADPIC), is a strategic platform that brings together global decision makers, with a group of experts and investors in the vital sectors to explore the fields of innovation, investment, and sustainability in infrastructure.
