"Islamic affairs, endowments and zakat" Participate in the Beijing Book Fair

Abu Dhabi on June 18 / WAM / The General Authority for Islamic Affairs, Endowments and Zakat participates in the activities of the Beijing International Book Fair 2025, which started today and continues until June 22, as part of the “Emirati House” pavilion, which includes a number of government agencies, and is considered a unified platform that reflects the Emirati cultural and intellectual presence in international forums.
His Excellency Dr. Omar Habtoor Al -Darai, Chairman of the Authority, said that participation in the exhibition represents an extension of the UAE’s vision in building cultural bridges and exchanging knowledge that supports rapprochement between the spectrum of different societies, stressing the authority’s keenness to open up to international societies, and civilized communication with other cultures, through knowledge and book tools, and in a way that enhances the awareness and educational role of the authority outside the borders of the state and introduce its digital and smart platforms that allow The public has to take advantage of its services.
He explained that the authority’s presentation of its translated publications into the Chinese language is an important step towards promoting civilized understanding and presenting the message of Islam with its noble values in a clear and smooth language, which reflects the state’s approach to moderation, openness and respect for diversity under the umbrella of coexistence, tolerance and peace.
During its participation, the commission displays a set of translated publications into the Chinese language, through which it aims to provide the contents of the Islamic religion and its tolerant concepts in a language that the Chinese public understands, and highlights the values of tolerance, moderation and coexistence that represent the essence of the message of Islam, and these publications also highlight the efforts made by the UAE in spreading religious and human knowledge according to a balanced vision open to cultures and peoples.
