The center in the Mecca region received during this year’s Hajj season – specifically – (465,822) calls, strengthening the efforts of the television observation hall by intensifying security follow-up in the Holy Mosque of Mecca, the holy sites, the central region and the prevention points for the security and safety of the guests of God, where (755) cases were monitored, and were passed on to the concerned authorities in a timely manner without the need for a telephone report.
Serving the Guests of God
The National Center for Security Operations participated for the first time during this year within the Hajj Security Forces, with manpower to organize and manage crowds on the ground in a number of different locations in the Holy Sites, which contributed to serving the Guests of God and their security and safety, along with the sectors of the Ministry of Interior and government agencies in the Kingdom.
The Center confirmed the continuation of its efforts in serving the Guests of God heading from the Mecca region to the Medina region to visit the Noble Prophet’s Mosque. After performing the Hajj rituals, and providing them with the best services according to the highest quality standards.
