Fujairah Academy of Fine Arts launches a digital drawing in its artistic programs

Fujairah on June 18/ WAM/ The Fujairah Academy of Fine Arts launched a specialization in the “digital drawing” within the programs of the Department of Visual Arts, with the aim of enabling students to harness technology in the service of artistic creativity, and providing an advanced educational platform that accompanies digital transformations in contemporary arts.
Digital drawing specialization depends on the use of modern technical tools such as computers, tablets and smartphones, through specialized programs such as (Adobe Photoshop), (Adobe Ellistrertor), and (Sketchk), and is considered a diversified field used in drawing, design, animation, and visual production.
The program includes the age groups of 8 years and over, of various nationalities, and is supervised by technical and educational professors within an educational environment equipped with the latest digital tablets.
His Excellency Ali Obaid Al -Hafiti, Director General of the Academy, stressed that the launch of the specialization comes within the framework of the academy’s keenness to diversify the fields of technical education, and with the support of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad Al Sharqi, Crown Prince of Fujairah, Chairman of the Board of Trustees.
He added that this specialization gives students an opportunity to refine their talents and express their creative vision through modern digital tools, and establishes a new stage of interaction between art and technology, in light of the increasing demand for creative skills in the era of digitization.
