Intensive preparations in Sharjah to launch "Icors 2026" January next

Sharjah, June 18/ WAM/ Preparations continue to launch the new version of the Sharjah Real Estate Show “Ickers 2026”, which is scheduled to be held from January 21 to 24, 2026 amid widespread interest from governmental and private agencies concerned with the real estate sector in the emirate.
In the context of preparing for this prominent event, the Real Estate Registration Department in Sharjah, in cooperation with the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Lider to organize exhibitions today, held an expanded coordination meeting that included a number of officials and representatives of the main partners to discuss the development plans and proposals that contribute to enhancing the readiness of the exhibition and providing an exceptional version that elevates the aspirations of the emirate smiling and keeps pace with the aspirations of investors and exhibitors.
“Icors 2026” is a strategic platform for displaying real estate investment opportunities in Sharjah to international investors, enhancing foreign capital flows and attracting foreign direct investment by creating a stimulating business environment and displaying specific projects characterized by economic feasibility and sustainability.
The exhibition allows investors from all over the world to see the legislative facilities and advanced digital services provided by the emirate, which enhances the attractiveness of Sharjah, a safe and profitable destination for real estate investment in the region.
Abdulaziz Rashid Al Saleh, Director of the Real Estate Registration Department in Sharjah, said that “Icors” is a strategic platform that contributes to enhancing the position of the Emirate of Sharjah as a promising regional center for real estate investment and provides an ideal environment for exchanging experiences and providing the latest innovations in the sector and we are working hard through the current preparations to develop the experience of visitors and exhibitors through advanced digital services and effective partnerships in a way that keeps pace with the aspirations of the emirate towards excellence And sustainability.
For his part, Saeed Ghanem Al Suwaidi, Chairman of the Representative Committee of the Real Estate Sector Working Group in the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry, stressed the importance of the next version of the exhibition in advancing economic growth, presenting quality projects and attracting real estate investments.
