She added that freedom from luxuries and focusing on essence helps the bride to reduce psychological pressure, noting that marriage does not start from the wedding day but rather from the relationship that is built after him, which requires re -focusing on psychological comfort and preparing for a common life.
She stressed the importance of internal dialogue with the self to understand the fears and expectations and what it needs to be learned or liberated, as a key to emotional maturity. Politian pointed to the benefit of psychological preparatory sessions that provide directives to understand the nature of the marital relationship and how to deal with pressure and manage differences in a mature way, stressing that it reflects a health and preventive awareness, not evidence of a problem.
She also pointed to the importance of arranging the relationship with the parents before moving, to be the moment of farewell in internal peace while preserving love and gratitude. As for the prior agreement with the partner on basic values such as personal freedom, privacy, decision -making and budget management, the bride gives psychological safety and reduces future surprises. She emphasized that attention to the body through adequate sleep, proper nutrition, exercise and relaxation techniques enhances mood and relieves stress.
She stressed the need to reconcile with the emotional past, if it was found, to avoid the transition of pain to the new relationship, and considered marriage an opportunity for an endless growth, calling on the bride to change the ideal concept inherited from marriage and focus on partnership and mutual effort.
