Under the patronage of Khalid bin Mohammed bin Zayed .. The World Martial Martial Arts Championships for Junior will be held for the first time in the Al Ain region
Abu Dhabi, June 20/ WAM/ Under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Khalid bin Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, Chairman of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, the sixth edition of the World Mixed Martial Arts Championships will be held during the period from 21 to 27 July 2025, at the Ain Denik Center. The event, which is organized for the first time in the Al Ain region, will witness the participation of more than 1,000 players from 60 countries.
The International Federation of Mixed Martial Arts is organizing this championship and hosted by the Emirates Jujitsu and Mixed Martial Arts Federation for the fourth year in a row, in a move that reflects the fruitful and sustainable partnership between the two federations, and affirms the growing confidence in the UAE’s ability to organize and host the most important global sporting events.
On this occasion, His Excellency Abdel Moneim El -Sayed Mohamed Al -Hashemi, President of the Emirates Federation for Jujitsu and Mixed Martial Arts, directed the highest verses of thanks and gratitude to His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State “may God protect him”, for his constant support for the Emirati sport march, and to His Highness Sheikh Khalid bin Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, Chairman of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, on his sponsorship For the championship, confirming that the sponsorship of His Highness for the sixth edition of the tournament constitutes a great support for this sporting event, and an incentive for the sons and daughters of the country to move forward in the march of excellence and excellence, a contribution to the consolidation of the state’s position as a global destination for the development of mixed combat arts sport.
The Al Ain area was chosen to host the championship because of its integrated ingredients that make it an ideal destination for international sporting events, as it combines advanced infrastructure, modern sporting facilities, and unique tourism and cultural ingredients.
This choice also reflects the advanced position of the Al Ain region on the map of sports and regional and international tourism, and at the same time allows the athletes and participating delegations the opportunity to get to know the culture of society and its authentic heritage, which contributes to promoting cultural and sports exchange.
