The start of the Arab Conference on Anesthesia 2025 in Dubai

Dubai, June 20/ WAM/ The activities of the Arab Conference on Anesthesia 2025 were launched with the participation of more than 500 specialists from 15 countries, in one of the most prominent regional scientific conferences in the fields of anesthesia, intensive care and pain treatment.
The three -day conference at the Movenpick Grand Al Bustan Hotel aims to enhance the exchange of expertise and multidisciplinary cooperation, and to unify medical care standards, as well as highlight the latest research and modern technologies in this vital field.
The program includes 23 scientific sessions and 26 research posters, in addition to two specialized workshops under the supervision of 52 international experts, and participants are granted 42.5 credit hours within continuous medical education programs.
Dr. Cornelia Vidinger, head of the anesthesia program, confirmed at the conference that the conference is an international platform for scientific dialogue on patient care in all stages of surgeries, noting that the program deals with various topics that include local anesthesia, intensive care, pain management, and organ transplantation, with a focus on modern technologies.
For his part, Dr. Salah Al -Ali, head of the pain program, stressed the importance of the conference in providing a stimulating environment for scientific research and professional development, while Dr. Osama Al -Ani, head of workshops, stressed that the workshops focus on managing the airway and ultrasound, through practical training that enhances clinical efficiency.
The conference coincides with a medical exhibition that includes more than 24 exhibitors, the most prominent of which is the “Gulf Pharmaceutical” company, which hosts the largest pavilion, exhibiting the latest medical technology solutions.
The conference is organized by the “Index” company in cooperation with the Association of Arab Associations for Anesthesiologists, and with the support of the International Federation of Associations of Anesthesios (FSA) and the Dubai Economy and Tourism Department, in confirmation of the emirate’s position as a pioneering center in medical education and innovation.
